Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role
  • Provide personal care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for residents, taking into account their dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Encourage residents to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care
  • At least 6 months' experience in a similar role
  • Able to work part-time hours
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
