Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as preparing meals and administering medications.
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care is highly desirable, along with at least 6 months' experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will possess a right to work in Australia and meet the necessary vaccination requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Prepare meals and administer medications
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
