We are currently looking for dedicated Personal Carers to work with our Care Support Team on a casual basis to provide support across two of our Residential Care sites - Sandpiper Lodge and McCracken Views.

**About the role**

Working collaboratively with our nursing team, you will provide high-quality personal care to our clients based on their individual needs. This includes assisting them with daily life tasks, personal care and mobility.

You will work with your colleagues to develop and deliver person-centered care plans that focus on healthy and active ageing, and maximising quality of life for each and every client.

**About you**

With a Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care, you will use your effective communication skills to work well as part of a team. You will possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a Personal Carer role and have the ability to work without direct supervision. Previous experience in working with people with dementia will be highly regarded.

Equally comfortable with direction and autonomy, you will display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic plus impressive organisational and relationship-building skills.
