About the Position

Compassionate and emotionally intelligent individuals are sought to provide support in daily living activities, promote independence and wellbeing, and assist in achieving personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualised care and support services.
  • Foster a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, carers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organisational policies.
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening or equivalent clearance
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certification
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or related qualification
