Workday Integration Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Workday integration specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations within the Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using various tools and technologies.
- Utilize strong technical skills in XSLT, XML, and Java to create efficient integration solutions.
- Collaborate with functional and integration leads to understand and analyze business requirements.
- Partner with clients and third-party vendors to design and implement technical solutions that align with business processes.
- Provide post-production support and assist with the implementation of integration solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integration development with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end integration solutions.
- Prior hands-on experience with Workday integration tools highly regarded.
- Proficiency in XSLT, XML, and working with Web Services/APIs (SOAP/REST).
- Background in HCM and/or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
