
Innovative Customer Engagement Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Customer Relationship Manager to fill this pivotal position.
This individual will play a critical role in executing customer engagement strategies from business requirements, through development, and to final implementation.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful engagements and optimize customer experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a significant impact on customer retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to define customer engagement strategies that enhance customer experience and retention.
- Analyse customer data and insights to inform campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead the overall customer relationship function to coordinate and oversee project development from start to completion.
- Interface with development teams to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure thorough scoping of technical requirements and timely delivery of projects.
- Communicate project status, potential bottlenecks, and key deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and quality assurance for various data tracking events and integration projects across product lines.
- Maintain relevant project documentation to ensure timely delivery and project milestones.
- 4+ years of customer data platforms (CDP) management experience.
- Hands-on experience with CDP across retention, acquisition, experimentation, data visualization tools, and data warehouse.
- Proficient in API requirements and liquid scripting for automation and dynamic personalization of campaigns.
- Analytical skills to query and make sense of complex datasets with SQL.
- Ability to translate CRM requirements needs into PRDs.
- Proficient with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Foster meaningful relationships with customers.
