Job Role

As a dedicated and passionate First Nations Employment Specialist, you will work closely with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals to support them with culturally safe services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with local employers and community groups to build trust and collaboration.
  • Design tailored plans for clients to create successful pathways for employment.
  • Enhance clients' employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to both employers and participants.
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
