This is an identified role open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants seeking meaningful employment. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a critical part in helping thousands of Australians gain sustainable, ongoing employment.

About the Role

You will work closely with Mob, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure successful employment pathways.

  • Develop positive relationships with local employers and community groups to enhance job opportunities
  • Create tailored plans for Mob to create successful and culturally safe employment pathways
  • Empower Mob by developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers and participants
  • Deliver a quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
