Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander clients with culturally safe services that help them overcome barriers and secure employment.
  • Building relationships with local employers and community groups to create employment pathways.
  • Developing tailored plans to enhance employability skills and provide support to employers and participants.
  • Delivering quality services while adhering to contractual requirements.

Requirements
  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
  • May require a current Australian Drivers Licence and vehicle insurance.
  • Willingness to complete a National Police check.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children's check.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
