This is a First Nations Identified Role, open only to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants, as per the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to provide culturally safe and holistic services that empower them to achieve their goals.
  • Develop tailored plans to create successful pathways for employment, fostering strong relationships with local employers and community groups.
  • Empower clients by developing their employability skills and providing support to employers and participants.
  • Deliver a quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.

Your role will attract a base salary plus an uncapped incentive structure. You'll also have unlimited personal use of a smartphone and free counselling services.

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
  • Have a current probationary or open Australian Drivers Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle (dependent on discussion).
  • Be willing to complete a National Police check and Working with Children's check.
  • Obtain a MyID (standard level) and meet eligibility to work in Australia.
