Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the operational execution and end-to-end delivery of Partner Activations. This includes project management, supplier and inventory management, logistics, OH&S and compliance, day-to-day activation operations, and management of event staff.

This role is responsible for ensuring that activations are delivered in alignment with partner contractual obligations and the defined vision of the organization. This involves working closely with various teams to plan and deliver activations across the site.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management, strong organizational skills, operational planning, and contract administration. They will also possess strong analytical skills and an understanding of commercial operations within a complex organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working on major events or large brand activations where you've led project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to project manage, strong organizational skills, operational planning, and contract administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of commercial operations within a complex organization.
  • Solution orientation with proven track record of successfully managing numerous stakeholders.
  • Experience in client management and responding to client briefs.
  • Basic financial management e.g. budgeting and forecasting.
