Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced digital professional to lead our digital activation efforts and drive engagement with our community.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our team and leverage your expertise in digital campaigning, mobilisation, marketing, or fundraising to create compelling experiences, content, and actions that inspire our community to take action for nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to deepen our connection with our mission and grow our supporter base;
- Lead a team of digital experts and campaigners to create engaging experiences, content, and actions;
- Use data and judgement to inform decision-making and drive results;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to remove barriers to participation and reach audiences where they are;
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital campaigning, mobilisation, marketing, or fundraising (over 10 years);
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions;
