Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our transportation initiatives in the APAC region. As Director, Transport APAC, you will oversee the management of our fleet and assets, driving compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic and operational transport initiatives across the APAC region.
  • Overseeing management of Americold-owned fleet and assets.
  • Driving compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and NHVR standards.
  • Building strong relationships with carrier partners and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Optimizing Transport Management Systems (TMS) for visibility and efficiency.

About You:

  • 6-10 years' experience in transport operations across Australia and/or New Zealand.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong customer relationship and vendor management skills.
