**Job Title:** Clinical Trial Social Worker

Job Description:

This is a senior clinical leadership role within the social work service provision. The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert guidance and support in the optimization of patient/client care delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and developing staff, including providing supervision and direction to Level 1/2 staff and students on clinical placements.

They will also be expected to contribute to the development of policies and procedures, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of social work, with experience at Level 2 or higher.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Holds a Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers;
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable);
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of social work;
