The primary goal of this position is to provide senior clinical leadership in social work service provision. This includes optimizing patient/client care delivery and supporting the mentoring and development of staff.
Key Responsibilities- Providing supervision and direction to Level 1/2 staff and students on clinical placements in accordance with the award.
- Mentoring and developing staff to enhance their clinical knowledge and skills.
- Holds a Bachelor or post-graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and significant clinical experience in social work at Level 2 or higher.
