Job Description

Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Hanes Brands Inc. As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for driving a consistent and engaging visual merchandising experience across our retail stores, while maximizing sales, comp store growth, and KPI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage and maintain visual merchandising standards across all retail stores
  • Coach and develop team members to drive and deliver visual merchandising initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store development, marketing, and planning
  • Support new store rollouts, refurbs, and store closures
  • Develop and implement new visual merchandising initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a multi-site, multi-category retail environment
  • Proven ability to create visual merchandising standards documents
  • Experience working with a high-volume apparel retailer with key capacity planning skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working with external suppliers
  • Experience in people management, preferably
  • Confidence in setting and managing budgets
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in creative suites
