About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ad Tech Specialist to join our team at Domain Group. As a key member of our Ad Technology team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a strategy to evolve our audience data, its monetization, and attribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to enhance our audience data capabilities, identifying growth opportunities and translating insights into actionable roadmaps.
  • Design and develop data-oriented advertising products that cater to both users and advertisers, driving revenue growth and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create case studies showcasing the effectiveness and sophistication of our data capabilities and products.
  • Support sales and performance specialists in planning digital ad campaigns, providing targeting proposals, audience sizing, bespoke insights, and analyses.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Ad Technology, Ad Operations, Data Analytics/Insights, and/or Commercial Product Management, with a focus on digital and data-driven initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing Ad Servers (Google Ad Manager), DMPs (Adobe Audience Manager), or CDPs (Tealium), with a willingness to learn other platforms.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, presenting compelling and easy-to-understand insights.
  • Working knowledge of digital audience segmentation, data collection, and data types, as well as gathering, visualizing, and communicating actionable insights from large data sets.
  • Experience building business cases to secure stakeholder buy-in and project management skills in the context of digital platforms and products.
