Sunwater seeks a Health and Wellbeing professional to fill a pivotal 12-month fixed-term role.

This dynamic position involves driving continuous improvement across organisational practices, focusing on enhancing health and wellbeing culture. Your responsibilities will include providing expert support to employees navigating injury and return-to-work pathways, while proactively reducing risk through strategic health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders; provide advice and management support for workers' compensation and post-injury management strategies
  • Manage service provider contracts and delivery support associated with outsourced health and injury management services
  • Oversee workers' compensation reporting and governance processes, including incident and injury data analysis
  • Develop a system of health assessments and pre-work risk and capability assessments in a cost-effective manner.

Requirements include exceptional interpersonal skills, collaboration, organisation, and experience working in health and wellbeing roles with relevant accreditation and qualifications.
