Job Title: Age Care SpecialistWe are seeking a motivated individual to support the strategic objectives of primary healthcare and community wellbeing.The Age Care Specialist position will focus on developing and coordinating activities related to older people's health, age care, and palliative care.This role has two main responsibilities:
  • Implementing The Aged Care On-site Pharmacist Measure (ACOP) in residential aged care homes (RACH)
  • Coordinating the engagement and support for Allied Health sector in Western NSW
The position will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and delivery of both projects. The role can be based in Dubbo, Orange, Bathurst, or Broken Hill.Key Responsibilities:- Implement ACOP in RACH
