About the Role

At our organization, we're looking for a skilled User Experience Researcher to join our team.

This role involves planning, executing, and analyzing research projects to inform strategic decisions and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human-centered design and be comfortable with qualitative and quantitative research methods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-discipline collaboration via research insights and activities, working efficiently with other researchers and disciplines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.
  • Experience with Qualitative and user-centered design methods (individual and group interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.).
  • Experience with Quantitative research (metrics, survey design, response effects, sampling, crosstabs, and statistical concepts, etc.).
  • Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities to a variety of stakeholders by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data.
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate critical thinking beyond explicit business requests.
  • Function independently in all operational research tasks.
  • Lead core end-to-end research activities – including driving research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication.
