Senior UX Researcher Position

This role involves leading end-to-end research activities, driving objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication.

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience Researcher to own the planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of research projects. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains and expertise in qualitative and user-centered design methods, quantitative research, negotiating with external research vendors, and strong storytelling and communication skills. Fluency in English is necessary for this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning end-to-end planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of research projects.
  • Leading core end-to-end research activities including driving objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.
  • Expertise in qualitative and user-centered design methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, usability testing, etc.).
  • Experience with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, analysis, etc.).
  • Negotiating and working with external research vendors.
  • Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills; fluency in English.
