The organisation seeks a skilled Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time position that involves working collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote health and wellbeing. Key duties include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivery
- Assisting with ACFI assessments and contributing to income maximisation
- Implementing and evaluating resident care plans
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- At least two years of postgraduate experience in aged care, preferably as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care
- Current National Police Certificate
The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary, exclusive of superannuation.
