Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and personal customer-focused service to injured workers and employers.
  • Manage complex claims where the focus is on return to work, liability decisions, and navigating pre-existing or secondary injuries.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience to all stakeholders and manage end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
  • Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand.
  • Conduct claims reviews, case conferences, or face-to-face meetings with clients as required.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities such as customer service, medical reception, or call centre. The ideal candidate will possess strong PC skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
