We are seeking an exceptional Group Facilitator to work closely with adolescents who are struggling with emotional or behavioural difficulties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating skills groups that address specific needs.
- A minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in mental health and group facilitation is highly valued.
- Training and experience in evidence-based therapy modalities such as CBT and DBT would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
