Adolescent Mental Health Facilitator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead skills groups in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a facilitator of group therapy sessions, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based programs addressing specific needs.
This role is part of an adolescent specialist team and requires creativity and flexibility in delivery of group content. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and commit to excellence in delivering healthcare services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for adolescent mental health and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based group programs addressing specific needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Provide exceptional customer service and commitment to excellence in delivering healthcare services
Facilitators will work closely with the treatment team to develop and deliver therapeutic interventions that meet the unique needs of adolescents.
Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in mental health and group facilitation
- Training and experience in therapy modalities (CBT, DBT)
- Ability to plan, organise and facilitate skills groups
- Exceptional customer service skills
