A key role exists for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality care to patients with complex health needs. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes as a member of our multidisciplinary team at Enoggera Health Centre in Brisbane, Queensland.

Job Summary
  • Provide general nursing care to patients, including conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing treatments.
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic investigations as needed.
  • Referral to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship for Commonwealth Security Clearance purposes.
  • Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) degree.
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1), General and Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA.
  • Minimum of 2 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) nurse practitioner experience within a general adult acute care setting, primary health care environment, or military setting within the last 5 years.
