Job Opportunity for Registered Nurses

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, care planning, direct nursing care, and reviewing care plans using the biopsychosocial model to promote residents' independence.
  • You will also provide workplace coaching, guidance, and supervision to colleagues, serving as a role model for practice and professional conduct.
  • Ensuring all health and safety protocols, infection control, and safe work practices are consistently followed.
  • You will provide written and verbal reports on clients' social, physical, and emotional well-being to the Clinical Leads/Assistant Managers and collaborating to achieve quality outcomes.
About You
  • We are looking for applicants with current registration with the relevant healthcare regulatory agency.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical nursing practice, with an understanding of contemporary nursing theory and care documentation models.
  • Generalist registered nursing experience, with knowledge of aged care—highly desirable.
  • The ability to quickly understand and incorporate appropriate healthcare legislated standards into daily practice.
  • Relevant probity checks as required by legislation and policy.
  • Proof of vaccination status as required by legislation and health directives, throughout employment and prior to commencement.
