Job Opportunity: Mental Health Case Manager
About the Job:We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional to deliver case management services within a multidisciplinary review team structure.
Candidates will provide assessments, evidence-based treatment, and case management services to adults 18 years and over experiencing psychiatric illnesses.
- The role utilises principles of Trauma Informed Care and Recovery, and is in accordance with the National Practice Standards for Mental Health Workforce and the NSW Health Mental Health Competencies.
