Mental Health Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Community Mental Health Treatment Team.
Job Description:
This role involves providing case management services within a multidisciplinary review team structure, delivering individual and group-based treatment, managing individual clinical loads, and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing case management services for adults 18 years and over experiencing psychiatric illnesses
- Delivering individual and group-based treatment sessions
- Managing individual clinical loads and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Collaborating with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary treatment process
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also require a relevant qualification in a health-related field, such as nursing or psychology.
