As a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate purchase orders, resolving supply constraints, and conducting root cause analysis on fill rate misses.

You will work closely with commercial teams to improve revenue and collaborate with suppliers to enhance supply performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field, along with experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Maintain timely Purchase Order place, chase, cancel and delay actions to ensure timely delivery of Customer Orders and whilst maintaining stock health & inventories within stocking policies and targets.
  • Own the resolution of supply constraints and call out issues when vital to seek assistance to achieve desired outcomes as well as keeping all collaborators informed of any changes.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis on fill rate misses, develop countermeasures, and reach consensus on corrective actions with Demand and Inventory Planners and other collaborators.

The successful candidate will be a process-driven individual with a passion for continuous improvement and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a Science-related field is required.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or commercial roles is required.
