Parts Supply Chain Optimization Lead

This role is responsible for optimizing parts inventories in regional distribution centers and retail partners to provide high customer fill rates while balancing working capital requirements.
- Optimize regional parts distribution center operations to achieve high customer fill rates
- Consult with retail partners on parts operations and identify coaching opportunities by monitoring key performance indicators
- Engage with logistics vendors to ensure high service levels are provided to retail partners and end customers
- A significant amount of experience in automotive aftersales and operational management, including vehicle manufacturer or wider motor trade experience
- Technical qualification or qualified by experience in automotive parts supply chain management or retail parts operation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work to a wide scope of expectations
- Strategic relationship building with vendors and business partners to drive performance along key business initiatives
- Drive for continuous improvement and Kaizen mentality
