About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Consultant to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on all aspects of cyber security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive IT and cyber security risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Conduct technical security reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective security controls and procedures to protect our clients' IT systems and data.
  • Collaborate with our clients to identify and address security risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary degree and/or qualification in a field such as computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
