As a trusted business partner to our leadership team, you'll proactively drive the transformation agenda, leveraging your regulatory, financial crime, and gaming transformation experience to inject thought leadership on strategic initiative objectives, approach, and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing LT sponsors in relevant forums and applying sound judgment to decision-making around tactical and strategic plans
  • Leveraging your experience to structure problems, design and execute analysis/research, and develop creative and innovative actions to solve
  • Engaging and maintaining strong relationships with matrixed teams in the business to ensure successful delivery of strategic and transformation priorities
  • Leading and owning core program and initiative deliverables and outcomes alongside business teams, driving project execution efforts

We're looking for someone with:

  • Senior transformation experience (5-7+ years) gained in a large matrix corporate environment, strategy consultancy, private equity, or similar relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience operating in large transformation programs
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem-solving and frameworks, and end-to-end program/project management
  • Superb written and oral communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Understanding of responsible gaming and financial crime frameworks
