Highly Skilled Strength Training Specialist

A highly skilled Exercise Scientist is required to educate and supervise clients on the training floor to achieve long-term health outcomes through strength training.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scientific concepts, including biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, and motor control.
- Engage with clients in 1:1 and group sessions, conducting strength assessments and movement analysis.
- Apply evidence-based practices to support clients and provide advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance.
- Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients, establishing, assessing, and reassessing goals for new and long-term clients.
- Guide athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injury.
- Complete administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
We are seeking an experienced Exercise Scientist or a new graduate with a passion for client outcomes and a belief in strength training for long-term prevention.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science or a related field.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
Desirable qualifications include 1-3 years relevant work experience, previous private practice experience, and previous experience with long-term management of client outcomes in a strength training environment.
