We foster a great culture and are seeking experienced and professional High-Risk Work (WorkSafe Individual Assessors) Trainers and Assessors to join us.
We are looking for the "trifecta" of skilled Trainer/Assessors capable of facilitating Dogging, Rigging (Basic & Intermediate), and Crane specialisms, who can teach and assess on the following topics:
Perform Dogging (DG)
Basic Rigging (RB)
Intermediate Rigging (RI)
Non-slewing mobile crane (CN)
20-tonne capacity slewing crane (C2)
60-tonne capacity slewing crane (C6)
100-tonne capacity slewing crane (C1) - desirable
Over 100-tonne capacity slewing crane (CO) - desirable
Vehicle loading crane (CV) - desirable
Heavy Vehicles and Earthmoving - desirable
The Role:
The position is full-time, but we are open to discussing a roster that suits you.
Training hours are typically between 8 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work.

Solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor with current industry skills
Requirements:
Key responsibilities:
Deliver engaging training and assessment (theory and practical)
Ensure content and delivery meet ASQA/ RTO standards and regulations
Supervise student behavior and motivate learners
Maintain training equipment and venues for safety and cleanliness
Travel to deliver off-site training as needed
Perform other duties as required
Essential criteria:
Cert IV TAE (including upgrade units if needed)
High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
Experience in Lifting Operations within construction, civil, resources, infrastructure, or training sectors
WorkSafe accreditation as an Individual Assessor or ability to obtain it
Eligibility for a Working Children Check and Police Check
Australian Resident
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
