Exercise Professional

  • As an Exercise Professional, you will be a key contributor in delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting their fitness goals.
  • You will conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis on the training floor.
  • Apply scientific concepts such as biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, and motor control to support clients.
  • Provide evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance.
  • Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients.
  • Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients.
  • Guide athletes or clients to achieve peak performance and recover from injury.
  • Complete administrative duties efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality service according to our standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients on the training floor. Apply scientific concepts such as biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, and motor control to support clients. Provide evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance. Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients. Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients. Guide athletes or clients to achieve peak performance and recover from injury. Complete administrative duties efficiently. Deliver high-quality service according to our standards.
