Job Overview

We are seeking qualified individuals to work with young swimmers in our swimming program.

Candidates will have great energy, display positive language and interpersonal skills, and adapt their coaching style to individual needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a QLD Working with Children Paid Blue Card, Current First Aid/CPR certificate, and minimum ASCTA - Teacher of Swimming qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of varying skill levels.
  • Maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of professional boundaries and standards when working with children.
