Learn to Swim Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our Learn to Swim Team as an instructor. This is a dynamic role that requires passion, enthusiasm, and expertise in teaching children and adults how to swim.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced swimmers, and to develop your skills in water safety and swimming instruction.

  • About the Role:
  • Deliver learn-to-swim and school swimming lessons with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Promote water safety and create a fun learning environment.
  • Work with children and their guardians to tailor lessons to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure they are informed about their child's progress.
Requirements:
  • You hold a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification.
  • You are passionate about water safety and enjoy teaching children and adults.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are committed to delivering high-quality instruction.
  • You are eager to grow and open to feedback.
