About the Role

PHE Pty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians to deliver safe, productive, and quality installations in industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Management: Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards and that all necessary quality control measures are in place.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Trade Certification: Hold a trade certification in electrical work (AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech).
  • Licences: Hold a QLD Electrical Licence, High Risk Work Licence with WP Class, Working at Heights certificate, LVR/CPR certificate, White Construction Card, and C Class Drivers Licence.
  • Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in leading a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians in an industrial setting.
  • Skills: Possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
