About the Role

PHE Pty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver safe, productive, and quality electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial settings.
  • Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope, and quality when required.
  • Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
  • Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
  • Oversee PHE apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work.
Requirements
  • Experienced leading a team made up of leading hands, electricians, other trades, apprentices, and non-tradespeople on industrial sites.
  • Must be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example.
  • The ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives.
  • Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Enjoy problem-solving.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel.
  • Experience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
  • Previous experience in job estimating and quoting.
  • Quality Management experience.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company.
  • Licences Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech QLD Electrical Licence High risk work licence with WP Class Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 years LVR/CPR certificate within the past 12 months White Construction Card C Class Drivers Licence Hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
