About the Role

PHE Pty is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and other tradespeople on industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver safe, productive, and quality electrical installations in industrial settings.
  • Report project status, including forecast outcomes, to management.
  • Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with project management methodology.
  • Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
  • Oversee PHE apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work.
Requirements
  • Experience leading a team of electricians and other tradespeople on industrial sites.
  • Ability to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams and Excel.
  • Experience in the use and interpretation of project scheduling software.
  • Previous experience in job estimating and quoting.
  • Quality management experience.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company.
Qualifications
  • Trade Certification/AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech QLD Electrical Licence.
  • High risk work licence with WP Class.
  • Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 years.
  • LVR/CPR certificate within the past 12 months.
  • White Construction Card.
  • C Class Drivers Licence.
