Business Analyst with VBA Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in VBA to join our Home Loans team as a Journey Expert. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, producing, and managing a range of home loans products that meet the needs of our customers and bankers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and maintenance of the Home Loans Serviceability calculator, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest policies and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
- Work closely with the Home Loans team to deliver prioritized projects, utilizing your business analysis and project delivery skills.
- Take ownership of specific governance functions, work on initiatives, or collaborate with teams to manage and coordinate essential activities.
- Contribute to the development of a broader understanding of the industry and develop new skills by working on additional responsibilities outside of the Project Delivery domain.
- Proficiency in Excel VBA.
- Experience in Home Lending processes and credit policies is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions within broad direction and boundaries.
- A passion for user experience in shaping solution design outcomes.
- Strong knowledge in agile delivery, data modeling, process mapping, and complex integration requirements.
- Ability to learn on the job, navigate through ambiguity, and demonstrate a growth mindset.
