We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with prior General Practice or Acute setting experience to lead our team as a Full Time Practice Nurse Manager. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership, training, and mentoring to clinical staff while maintaining the highest standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure efficient delivery of patient care and management of clinical procedures
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to optimize treatment room efficiency and staff numbers
  • Mentor and train staff to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes
  • Assist GPs with health assessments, management plans, and reviews
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to understand profit and loss drivers and make informed decisions

About You:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for people and a personable approach
