Behavior Support Practitioner

Part time permanent role for a Behavior Support Practitioner with a leading disability services provided in the Western suburbs of Sydney. For a Behavior Support Practitioner interested in working for a leading provider of nursing and disability services in diverse environments.
- Requires experience and qualifications
- Salary Guide : $40 to $45 per hour
- Based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney

**Your normal day** includes
- Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence based positive behavior support plans and interventions
- Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of ages up to 65 years and all disabilities
- Developing, delivering and monitoring interventions and strategies for behavior management
- Working collaboratively with others in the team
- Deliver office related duties in addition to home visits

**You will need**
- Current Working with Children check
- National Police Check
- NDIS Workers clearance or willingness to get one
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or relevant qualifications or experience
- Drivers license and willingness to travel
- Registration with NDIS or APHRA or relevant professional body
- Current First Aid certificate
