About this Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our school community. The successful candidate will assist the Principal in leading the school to develop and implement a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.

The chosen candidate will deputise for the Principal when required and uphold the role of Deputy Principal as a values-based, ethical and moral activity. They will also embed socially just practices in daily school life, set high standards for student and staff performance, and promote a culture of excellence and innovation.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider community. They will also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Principal in leading the school community to develop and implement a shared educational vision

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider community
