About the role

Piptree is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our vibrant early childhood education and care centre in Sunnybank Hills, Queensland. This is a part-time role or full time role for the right person, with the opportunity to work closely with our passionate team of educators to provide high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with the Centre Managers and team to plan, implement and evaluate the educational program
  • Mentoring and supporting educators to enhance their professional practice
  • Ensuring the educational program aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Analysing children's learning and development and using this to guide curriculum decisions
  • Engaging with families to build strong partnerships and gather feedback on the educational program
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the centre's practices and policies

What we're looking for

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education ACECQA approved.
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework V2 and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and the team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to coordinate the educational program
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best outcomes for children
