About the Role:
- Lead and grow the Risk Consulting practice in Victoria, conducting ERM advisory engagements and developing risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Stay informed and updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk advisory service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) advisory engagements focussed on enhancing risk maturity in client's organisations.
- Translate global risk management standards into actionable risk roadmaps.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through impactful communication.
- Project manage the execution of risk advisory projects.
- Develop comprehensive recommendations and solutions to optimise risk management.
- Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals.
- Advise clients on implementing effective risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
- Lead projects of various sizes and complexities.
Requirements:
- 7+ Years' experience working in risk advisory and/or internal audit within a Big 4 consulting firm.
- Degree in Business/Commerce/Management.
- Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CFE desirable.
- Proficient in risk management concepts and processes (ISO 31000, COSO).
- Experience in leading team members and/or large client projects.
- Experience in growing business.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach.
