About the Role:
Marsh is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. As a Senior Risk Advisory Professional, you will play a key role in enhancing risk maturity in our clients' organizations, aligning strategies with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) advisory engagements to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop comprehensive risk management strategies to optimize business outcomes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Project manage the execution of risk advisory projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in risk advisory and/or internal audit within a Big 4 consulting firm.
- Degree in Business/Commerce/Management.
- Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CFE desirable.
- Proficient in risk management concepts and processes (ISO 31000, COSO).
- Experience in leading team members and/or large client projects.
- Experience in growing business.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach.
