Marsh is seeking a highly skilled Risk Consultant to join our Advisory team in Melbourne.

We will count on you to:
- Conduct Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) engagements to enhance risk maturity in client organizations
- Translate global risk management standards into actionable risk roadmaps
- Recommend policy, procedural, process, system, and control improvements
- Assist in the planning of client deliverables
- Execute fieldwork and document findings
- Identify findings and issues, and assist in drafting client reports
- Assist in business development activities
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Project manage risk advisory projects
- Develop comprehensive recommendations and solutions
- Advise clients on implementing effective risk mitigation strategies
- Stay informed and updated with industry regulations and best practices
What you need to have:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or equivalent
- At least 3+ years of working experience in risk advisory and/or internal audit within a Big 4 consulting firm
- Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CFE (desirable)
- Proficient in risk management concepts and processes (ISO 31000, COSO)
