About the Role:
Au002 Marsh Pty Ltd_AU is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Risk Consulting team in Melbourne. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing risk maturity in our clients' organisations, aligning strategies with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) advisory engagements to enhance risk maturity in our clients' organisations.
- Translate global risk management standards into actionable risk roadmaps to provide clients with concise and sustainable risk management strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through impactful communication, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique needs.
- Project manage the execution of risk advisory projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive recommendations and solutions to optimise risk management using various formats.
- Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Advise clients on implementing effective risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to enhance their overall risk management capabilities.
- Lead projects of various sizes and complexities, collaborating with experts across Au002 Marsh Pty Ltd_AU to deliver exceptional results.
- Stay informed and updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and assist clients in complying with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and engage in business development activities.
- Stay updated with emerging risk trends and developments in the industry, actively contributing to thought leadership initiatives and knowledge sharing within Au002 Marsh Pty Ltd_AU.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk advisory service delivery, consistently improving client outcomes.
Requirements:
- 7+ Years' experience working in risk advisory and/or internal audit within a Big 4 consulting firm.
- Degree in Business/Commerce/Management.
- Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CFE desirable.
- Proficient in risk management concepts and processes (ISO 31000, COSO).
- Experience in leading team members and/or large client projects.
- Experience in growing business.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach.
